With its vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and large windows offering an abundance of natural light and views of the surrounding mountains, the great room will be a popular place to relax beside the gas fireplace or enjoy a good movie curled up on the leather sofa. A conversation area with two more chairs and a side table offers the perfect space to get lost in a good book – or enjoy a glass of wine with your significant other while the snow falls in the background.
The dining area sits on the opposite side of the great room and features a large dining table that comfortably seats 12 in chair and bench combination seating; additional seating is available at the kitchen island. The gorgeous kitchen is outfitted with professional-grade appliances, expansive granite countertops, two sinks, and two dishwashers.
Just beyond the kitchen is a convenient mudroom with ample space to store your warm winter clothing and ski gear - as well as a clothes dryer that will resolve any wet clothing issues in a breeze. From the mudroom, you will have access to the 2-car garage. A powder bath is also situated on the main level.
Two spacious suites occupy the upper level, each featuring a king bed, TV, and luxurious ensuite with a soaking tub. A loft area with a desk and sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping or a quiet space to tend to any work while on vacation.
The lower level is host to the three remaining bedrooms including two fun bunk rooms with a shared bath, a spacious king bedroom suite, and the media room. Enjoy watching the latest movies or your favorite sports teams on the huge projection screen or try out the four-player upright arcade game with over 100 games for additional entertainment. Easily access the private outdoor hot tub and lower-level patio through the sliding glass doors.

ABOUT THE AREA
Ideally located on Peak 10, Wandering Moose offers easy access to all things Breckenridge. In the Winter months, experienced skiers and riders can walk approximately 9 minutes to access the Burro Trail which will connect you to Peak 9 or 10. The Burro Trail is also a great option for cross country skiing or snowshoeing in the winter – and hiking in the summer.
A free skier shuttle is located 3 doors down from Wandering Moose, less than 100 yards, and will whisk skiers and riders to the slopes in minutes: available mid-December through April.
Easily access Breck’s Main Street, located less than 2 miles from Wandering Moose, and enjoy the wonderful dining and shopping.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
