A lovely kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a six-burner gas cooktop, a center island, and bar seating for three onlookers. An adjacent dining room area seats six, just the place to catch up over family meals.
After dinner, head out to the deck for a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure.
On the main level is the primary suite, with a king bed, TV, and fireplace. Enjoy the luxurious ensuite with jetted tub, double bowl sinks, and a walk-in shower. Across the hall is a second king suite with a desk to catch up on some work as needed.
Venture to the upper level where the kids can find their own hangout. The kid’s room has its very own sofa and large TV. In addition, it sleeps up to six with one full bed, one twin, and one twin over full bunk - making for the perfect retreat. The final bedroom on this level is a queen room with a shared hall bath.

ABOUT THE AREA
Lazy Bear is minutes to Breckenridge’s iconic Main Street, the Breck Free Ride, and the main station gondola. You can either walk an easy 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants or a 15-minute walk to the gondola. Should you feel like riding more than walking, the nearest free shuttle route is a quick four-minute walk to the Goldflake Terrace, Purple Route B, with the Breck Free Ride.
For groups who require more sleeping, rent one of our other luxury properties, Inglenook, with Lazy Bear, for a combined sleeping of 27. They are less than half a mile from one another and create the perfect opportunity for larger gatherings.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and we all had room to spread out. The kitchen is large and set up nicely. The spices, Saran Wrap, foil, etc. came in handy and was much appreciated. We had one issue come up but Moving Mountains addressed it promptly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a nice neighborhood.
We loved our stay. It was close to hiking trails and downtown. The property staff was extremely helpful, we had no issues. The shuttle was a game-changer! We hope to stay again!
Have been traveling to the west yearly for ski trips for two decades. Unequivocally the best rental management company we've ever dealt with. Incredibly easy to use shuttle that whisks you around Breckenridge at your whim. So convenient, can set up the pick up times ahead of time, they drop you at the lifts and pick you up at the end of the day. Truly a luxury. Incredibly clean house, very well stocked with everything.....including foil, plastic wrap, plenty of paper products, tons of hot tub towels, and blankets everywhere for chilly nights. Really, a great experience.
We have stayed with Moving Mountains in Breckenridge before and all of our experiences have always been exceptional. This house is great -- very spacious. We were a family of 4 but this house could easily accommodate two families of four, given that one of the bedrooms has a queen, a single, and then a bunk bed set (comprised of another queen and another single). We love this home because it's walkable to Main Street, so we were able to get downtown fairly easily. Also, Moving Mountains operates a shuttle service which is incredibly convenient. I'd recommend downloading the shuttle reservation app at check-in. Ubers can be tough to come by in Breck and I wouldn't want to walk back to the house from downtown in the dark.
Wonderful place in a wonderful location. Definitely a perfect mountain getaway.
