Expert skiers will appreciate a short 5-minute walk to the slopes with ski-out access to the expert terrain from Beaver Run 6-chair and the Quicksilver chair for experienced skiers on non-groomed trails. Ski-in access to Grand Vista Lodge is on expert trails only.
This spacious 5,000-square foot home is primed for entertaining with a gourmet chef’s kitchen featuring high-end amenities, modern sleek design, and bar seating. The great room offers spectacular views from floor to ceiling windows with comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, large TV, and a game table.
Outside the great room is a large deck with seating, a grilling area, and a secluded hot tub for stargazing and relaxation at its finest. Enjoy views of the mountains and downtown from the private hot tub. An elegant dining area seats up to 10 guests.
The large primary king suite located on the main level is a private oasis, with a king bed, sitting area, rock fireplace, TV, views, and ensuite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, custom tile work, and double vanities.
The upper level hosts a second king suite with an exquisite ensuite bath. This level also has a second bedroom with a twin bed plus a trundle bed and hall bath.
The fun begins on the lower level with its large family room with TV, fireplace, shuffleboard, arcade table, and wet bar with seating, plus a queen sleeper sofa. Five more magnificent bedrooms await with three queen rooms, a bunk bedroom with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, and a single twin bedroom.
Other amenities include two washers and dryers, a 1-bay garage, parking for 5 cars, electric vehicle charging station, Peloton exercise bicycle, mudroom, ski storage, high-speed wireless internet.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Perfect wedding! 
Renting from Moving Mountains was such a great decision! We booked it for our families for our wedding and it was perfect. The house was amazing and customer experience was even better. They communicated well and resolved all issues out of their control. The long weekend was wonderful and everyone kept complimenting the home. Truly made our wedding weekend perfect!

Great home base for a family reunion! 
Our large family was able to stay together at this house! It is in a beautiful location! There was space for everyone to sleep comfortably. We especially enjoyed the kitchen which was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. The two dishwashers and garbage stations were very nice! It was a lovely place to gather and visit. Thank you!

A Grand Vacation in the Grand Vista Lodge
We had grandparents, their children and grandchildren (teens) together for five days at the Grand Vista Lodge. The property met our needs very well---7 teens and 8 adults. The team was responsive to any issues (minor) we had and it was a wonderful property for 15 persons. We loved the kitchen and the beautiful views!
Incredible Breckenridge Mountain House rental
We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home! The house was immaculate and luxuriously appointed. The kitchen had everything! The view was stunning, and there was space for everyone, with a layout that allowed for privacy. We all fell in love with this house, and said we would love to have it for our own- it felt like home. The location was five minutes from the slopes and downtown, very convenient. We loved how the garage and mud-room were perfectly designed for storing all of our boots and equipment, with great places to take off our shoes! The fireplaces and radiant heat floors made this a super cozy house. Only drawbacks- need higher quality paper products and would be great to offer maid service!
Thanksgiving 2017
This property was wonderful in every way. It was hard to say goodbye! We could tell the home is very well attended to. It was very clean and simply decorated which is what a rental home should be. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to add a humidifier in each bedroom. We all did get a few static shocks. Also..the kitchen was so well stocked and we didn't lack for anything for our Thanksgiving dinner! I would only suggest a new coffee maker because it starts to brew immediately after pouring the water in (before you turn it on). Part of the top seems to be broken as well. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

This property was better than I expected! Great location close to the town and close to the shuttle to go to the slopes. They have everything you need including appliances, enough towels, big and spaciuos rooms, kitchen equipement to be able to cook at the house, etc!! I will be staying here again in the future without hesitating!
Perfect Ski Vacation
The Grand Vista Lodge was the perfect house for a ski vacation at Breck. It was cozy yet beautifully decorated and there was plenty of room for all 16 of us. The owners thought of everything - 2 dishwashers and 2 sets of washers/dryers were a huge convenience for the amount of people staying at the house. I highly recommend renting this house - you will not be disappointed! The staff were absolutely wonderful as well!

Beautiful house and beautiful views! The house is equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. I loved the layout... privacy for all. Extremely clean, great furnishings, and beautiful decor. Location was perfect too. Look forward to returning!

The house is incredible. Set up perfect for large families. Enough bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. Great location except maybe the ski-in ski-out claim, very tough, other than that it was incredible.

Our experience was incredible, all 17 members of my family stayed there, comfortably. The house has everything, whatever you might need or want will certainly be there. The perfect place for a getaway with loved ones.

Breathtaking Views

The Best Experience we ever had. Period.
We stay as a large family group multiple times a year in various locations and this was by far the best experience we have ever had. House was super clean and entire process was very easy. Communication was A+. Main reason of my review is how little things were though out by them. From extra fans, extension cords, batteries (in case needed), extra towels for hot tub, cabinets full of kitchen stuff including spices, multiple type of coffee makers, all of maintenance stuff like plungers etc.... I think the most impressive part for me was how small little details were noted and made sure we didnt have to go out to get them. Now about the Home itself. It is Beautiful. Really nice Patio. Wide open Windows. Enough seating and sleeping arrangements.
Great home for several couples!
We had a great fall weekend at the Grand Vista Lodge! There was plenty of room for everyone, the deck and hottub were great, and getting to town was just a short drive (we walked it during the day once too)
