Tucked away in the trees, at the end of a cul-de-sac with wetlands on the east side of the home, Clifton Lodge feels like a private mountain retreat, yet is only a 5-minute drive to town and just steps from the ski slopes on the 4 O'clock Ski Run. In summer, walk to town on the ski run that connects to the Back to Gondola Run. Watch carefully and you will probably see a moose or two.
Spectacular mountain views await from the sunken great room, with its cathedral windows, large rock fireplace, and comfortable seating. Step out to the sunny south-facing deck where you can enjoy alfresco dining, a grill, a custom-made gas log fire pit, and a hot tub to enjoy under the stars.
A galley kitchen has professional appliances and overlooks the dining and great room. An elegant dining area seats 10 on the same level as the great room.
A spacious king suite is on the main level with a deep jetted tub and shower with dual showerheads.
Up the custom log staircase is the primary king suite with a gas stove, TV, and deck access. An office area overlooks the great room and is the perfect place for some remote work, utilizing the home's ultra high-speed WIFI. A spacious ensuite has dual sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate shower making this a luxurious retreat.
Retreat to the lower-level family room for a movie night with comfortable couches, with large TV, a gas fireplace, and a wet bar. Two other bedrooms on the lower level include a bunk room and a twin bedroom- perfect for the kids, each with its own bath.
Other amenities include a mudroom entry for ski storage, a washer and dryer, and a two-bay garage with parking for 5 cars total.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
GUEST SERVICES
Moving Mountains has a Guest Services Team, offering full-service vacation planning assistance prior to your trip. You will be assigned a dedicated specialist who will guide you through all the activities and services available. You will also have access to our online Guest Portal where you can find extensive details about your reservation, your residence and guest services.
IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.

Close to slopes 
Beautiful location. It says a few steps to the slope which is true but we could actually put our skis on and just coast about 20 feet to the slope.

Perfect Vacation Home!
Our family of 5 had a wonderful, relaxing Christmas ski vacation at Clifton Lodge. Everything about this home and the service was wonderful. We skied right out the door, across a street to the ski lift, and skied right back to the house. We were a close drive to town and up ski hill road to Peak 7. The home is gorgeous, with every amenity we needed. Our driveway was plowed for us, our deck was shoveled, and every staff person was extremely helpful and friendly. This home is very well decorated and spacious, and upscale. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our summer stay at clifton lodge, the house was very much as described, and very well stocked kitchen, towels and extra linens. The house was very spacious and well decorated - yet still very comfortable. Peaceful location but very close to town and to hiking trails up the mountain

Staying at the Clifton Lodge was like being in heaven! Beautiful home; spacious living; fantastic kitchen with all of the necessary items; ski in/ski out!! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to go back next year!
Clifton Lodge Dream Vacation
We were in Breckenridge for my son's wedding! Clifton Lodge was more than we could have dreamt for! Very private and we even saw a moose one day as well as a fox. Location was perfect for quick trips to Breckenridge and any other adventure we were up to. The staff could not have been more helpful and caring, both before our trip and during it. Highly recommend using them and staying at the Clifton Lodge!

We had a great time. The house was very well appointed. The only addition I would ask for is that the bedrooms have humidifiers. Also a TV on the main floor would be nice.

We have stayed in Breckenridge many times over the years and this was by far the BEST place we have ever stayed! The "log cabin" feel of this TRUE ski-in/ski-out house is perfect! When you ski down 4 O'clock you have the choice of catching the free bus to Peak 8/Beaver Run/ etc., or take off your skis and walk right across the street to the Snowflake Lift. The house is very CLEAN and spacious and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us that stayed there. You can spread out and easily have alone/quiet time!!! Or there are large areas where you can all gather and hang out! The master bedroom and bathroom are huge. The steam shower felt amazing after a day of skiing as did the hot tub. It was fun to sit in the hot tub and watch the last skiers of the day head down 4 O'clock Run. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals and the downstairs TV room was very comfortable. And did I mention there were SIX bathrooms????? Everywhere I turned there was another bathroom!!! The garage is huge and there is plenty of parking. Nice area to store ski equipment and to get ready and walk out the door onto the slopes. Beautiful mountain views and it took less than 5 minutes to get to any of the restaurants we went to or to go shopping. The morning after it had snowed all night, there were people there shoveling the driveway and the sidewalks bright and early. The people that work for this company are AMAZING - they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! There was absolutely nothing this house didn't have. I can't wait to stay here again!

Great Summer Vacation
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. Everything was very clean and tidy upon arrival and they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed a beautiful view from the deck and hot tub every evening we were there. We were able to enjoy some great hiking right out the back door. This property was quiet and private even though we were just minutes from downtown Breck. We would definitely stay here again.
Clifton lodge august 2018
Overall quite well. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of space and location. However, in my opinion the master bedroom needs some attention: The mattress needs to be replaced. I was sinking into the mattress. The 1/2 moon window opposite of bed needs a shade, the morning light created earlier wake up. We entertained our large family, and the oven was not working at critical time. At the house next to us (just above ours) house construction going on starting at 7 am and not finished until late evening.
Clifton Lodge at Christmas
What a great holiday, Clifton Lodge is in an ideal location with ski in ski out on the 4 o'clock run. The house is very spacious with great facilities. The fact that there is a separate lounge downstairs works so well especially for the teenage kids. The house is warm, the hot tub works like a dream and we had the most amazing Xmas holiday there. The fire alarm is a little sensitive when cooking bacon, but the fire department are very efficient.

This home will definitely go in my favorites list for future stays! It was a perfect location and was well equipped.The decor was beautiful, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our families.
Perfect. No FOBO (Fear Of Better Options!)
This is as good as it gets in Breck. True ski in / ski out, marvelous, spacious accommodations. We all agreed the location and the house itself could not have been better. We can't wait to come back. We had two families with three kids total, and two grandparents, and it was plenty of room. Hot tub was perfect. Dream place. Extremely responsive staff by text, phone. We had trouble with house's sweet sound system, and they sent someone right over to show us how to work it immediately. 100% worth it.
Family Ski Trip
We had a great family ski weekend at the Clifton Lodge. We enjoyed the ease of ski in and out and the beauty of the location. After our day skiing we enjoyed sitting in hot tub on deck and watching the end of day skiers on the four o'clock run. All in all a wonderful stay.
