Here are our staff's favorite picks around town.


Brass Kitchen & Bar

David Brod, Financial Analyst 

Brass serves up hearty dishes that cater to a  healthful lifestyle. Co-owner/sommelier Paul Underwood (formerly of Cafe Diva) has assembled an extensive selection of artisanal spirits and affordable selection of wines. 



Yampa Valley Kitchen

Kathleen Russell, Reservations Specialist

Yampa Valley Kitchen sources everything it can from Colorado, including from local ranches and farms. Set in a cozy 1900's farmhouse in downtown Steamboat, the restaurant serves up organic and sustainable cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Kathleen recommends going for brunch.


MeatBar

Teresa Wiedel, Brand & Guest Experience Manager

MEATBAR is a woman-owned and led European inspired eatery offering hand-carved Jamon Iberico, delectable small plates and sandwiches for lunch/dinner and a fabulous selection of treats from all over the world. Their charcuterie platters to take out are a must-have for any party, apres ski, or holiday gathering. Teresa recommends it for a small group looking for a quiet place to enjoy a glass of wine and tapas around the community table.


CAFE DIVA

Cafe Diva is Stephanie's top choice for the best dinner restaurant in Steamboat Springs because of its impeccable customer service, an exceptional and diverse wine list, and a thoughtfully curated menu that blends creativity with high-end cuisine. Every detail, from the warm hospitality to the unique and inspired dishes, makes for an unforgettable dining experience.


The Laundry

Kate Pahula, Reservations Manager

Located in the historic Soda Creek building that was once home of the Steamboat Laundry from 1910 - 1977, The Laundry restaurant has a contemporary urban atmosphere and features a shared plate concept using seasonally and locally grown products. They're also known for their cocktails using house-infused spirits. 


E3 Chophouse

Hannah Hockel, Front Desk Specialist

Located along the beautiful Yampa River, E3 is a ranch to restaurant steakhouse. Sourcing it's steaks from the owner's family ranch, E3 is a high end, service-driven, fine dining chophouse with an exquisite wine list.In addition to dinner, Hannah says they serve up the best weekend brunch in town. And the owner's have just opened a separate location, E3 Kitchen + Social Club that Hannah highly recommends.
