Welcome to On the Corner at The Shores - a gorgeous 3-bedroom 3.5 bath luxury home in Breckenridge offering high-end finishes, modern furnishings, and desirable amenities such as a private outdoor hot tub, open floor plan, and outdoor fire pit.
The upper level combines the kitchen, dining, and great room under wonderful, vaulted ceilings and surrounded by windows offering loads of bright, natural light. The open floor plan allows everyone to comfortably gather.
The fully stocked kitchen features a large island with stools and the chefs in the group will enjoy the use of Bosch Appliances, including a gas cooktop. Mountain views from the kitchen offer an inspiring natural backdrop. The dining area offers seating for eight at the table.
Step into the great room and sink into the cozy sofa while enjoying a fire in the gas fireplace - or a great new movie on the large TV. Once the sun sets, you can’t go wrong with a relaxing soak in the private outdoor hot tub – or sit beside the outdoor gas fireplace, located through the sliding glass door from the great room. In the summer months, enjoy your meals out on the spacious deck if you choose at the outdoor dining table. There is also a gas grill located on the deck for grilling enthusiasts.
The beautiful and spacious primary king suite is also located on the main level and features a king bed, TV, and luxurious ensuite bath featuring a large vanity with double sinks, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. A walk-in closet is also located in the ensuite as well as private access to the deck where the hot tub and fire pit are located.
The lower level offers a cozy family room complete with a large TV, PlayStation 4, plush queen sleeper sofa, and two armchairs. This is a wonderful space to escape with a good book or enjoy your favorite sports teams! The kids will also enjoy this cozy room for a fun movie night.
Down the hall are the washer and dryer as well as the two other bedrooms – a king suite with a king bed, TV, and private ensuite bath. Next door you’ll find a bunkroom - the perfect place for the kiddos offering two sets of twin bunks, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bath also has hallway access.
Other amenities include a washer and dryer and a two-bay heated garage with parking for four cars total. 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED in winter months.
Regretfully, weddings and events are not permitted in Moving Mountains homes.
ABOUT THE AREA
The Shores at Breckenridge is a riverfront community situated on 11 acres located just north of Breckenridge resting along the shores of the pristine Blue River. The location offers guests loads of activities in very close proximity; biking, fishing, and golfing – all nearby. The Welk Resort sits across the street from On the Corner at The Shores.
In the summer months, don’t forget to bring your bikes – or rent them when you arrive. The Recreation path that runs between Breckenridge and Frisco is a quick two-minute walk out the front door.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.

IN HOME AMENITIES
All Moving Mountains properties have WIFI and come fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home does not have air conditioning. Colorado's cool summer nights will keep this home comfortable by opening windows after the sun goes down, and then closing the windows and blinds during the day. Utilizing the overhead fans, if available, keeps airflow moving, and additional floor fans can be found in many bedroom closets. Can't live without it? A/C units may be available for rent for an additional fee.
