Moving Mountains and our homeowners are always striving to provide the best homes to our guests. Recently, some of our homeowners have gone above and beyond and made some great investments to upgrade their vacation home rentals inside and out. Some homes are unrecognizable from their previous version with structural changes throughout, others have upgraded amenities throughout the home, and others have been refurnished. SWITCHBACK LODGE | BRECKENRIDGE

Located in the beautiful Highlands neighborhood of Breckenridge, Switchback Lodge has undergone an extensive and exciting remodel, offering luxurious mountain living with magazine-worthy features and decor. Beautiful new windows in the front of the house bring the mountains and plenty of natural light inside, allowing guests to relish the views from inside the renovated great room, dining room, and kitchen.
The outside beckons with a new expansive covered deck, to celebrate the surrounding beauty and relax in contemporary outdoor furniture, or enjoy outdoor meals in warmer months with a new gas grill. A completely new gourmet kitchen has a Wolf range and Sub-Zero fridge, custom cabinetry, double sinks, and plenty of wow factor. A chef’s dream, this beautiful space has both a center island and a wrap-around bar with ample workspace and extra seating for onlookers. The kitchen opens to a sophisticated dining area with seating for eight on upholstered chairs under stylish new lighting.
A main-level primary bedroom has new wood floors, a fireplace, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub and beautiful tilework. A new private office space on the upper level has a built-in desk, a fireplace, and panoramic views of the Tenmile Range. In addition, there are five other workstations around the house with ultra-high-speed WIFI, creating the ideal work environment for remote workers and longer rentals.
