This extensive home ranch features a variety of hiking/snowshoeing trails providing stunning views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Rabbit Ears Pass. The two story, spectacular living room with an impressive river rock fireplace opens to a large deck with access to the outdoor jacuzzi, fire pit, and in-ground trampoline. The Great Room, with floor to ceiling windows, offers plenty of room for family and guests to lounge in. The Great Room connects the living area with the spacious kitchen fully equipped with professional Viking range and double Bosch dishwashers. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table seats 8 with additional seating at the large kitchen bar for 9. An adjoining wet bar with wine refrigerator offers additional space for drink service, convenient for the kitchen, dining area and Great Room. With the Full Service Catered Package option, our chefs will prepare for you healthy gourmet delights that will energize you for a day on the mountain. The Master Suite is located on the main floor and has a great view of the Steamboat ski mountain and the valley. The master suite features an artistic river rock gas fireplace, sitting areas, a large walk-in closet and there is a deck with lounge chairs off the bedroom.
