The slope side Private Residences at One Steamboat Place are located at the Gondola and offer ski-in/ski-out ease. Panorama Peak is named so for its panoramic view from the breathtaking southern view of the Yampa Valley, Emerald Mountain to the southwest and the western view overlooking the edge of the mountain village.

As a penthouse unit with a corner location the Panorama Peak Residence is unique among other residences at One Steamboat Place. It features three decks, one overlooking the pool, one looking out upon Emerald Mountain and the main deck off the living room looks south down the valley toward the Flattops.
