The slopeside Private Residences at One Steamboat Place are located at the Gondola and offer ski-in/ski-out ease. Panorama Peak is named so for its panoramic view from the breathtaking southern view of the Yampa Valley, Emerald Mountain to the southwest and the western view overlooking the edge of the mountain village.

 As a penthouse unit with a corner location the Panorama Peak Residence is unique among other residences at One Steamboat Place. It features three decks, one overlooking the pool, one looking out upon Emerald Mountain and the main deck off the living room looks south down the valley toward the Flattops.
It features two master bedrooms, both with their own gas fireplace. The large open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining and living room creating a free-flowing space at the heart of the residence. The third bedroom offers a king bed and the fourth is a large bunk room with vaulted ceilings that can sleep 4 adults or up to 8 children.
Each master bedroom sets the mood with a gas fireplace and the master bath features a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. A professionally equipped kitchen with Viking appliances will delight any aspiring chefs; or grill in the great outdoors at the built-in Viking gas grill on the deck. State of the art a/v equipment and X-box video games provide hi definition entertainment after a full day of activity. The home office boasts an iMac home computer + printer with high speed Wi-Fi allowing internet service for all guests. Guests can also video conference with the front desk from the home office.
