The Belgravia Residence at The Highmark offers luxurious
accommodations at the base of the Steamboat Ski Mountain within easy
reach of the Steamboat Gondola. Newly opened in 2008, the private
residences of The Highmark at Steamboat are both sophisticated and
intimate with five-star amenities and unique furnishings.

 The Bavarian tower of the Highmark at Steamboat represents eclectic style combined with chic elegance to create an intimate boutique residence property. It is conveniently located in close proximity to the Gondola at the base of the Steamboat Mountain. The 2000 sq.ft. Belgravia Residence can uniquely be configured for one or two families or up to two couples with lock-off options for two or three bedrooms (see Belgravia 3 bedroom ). The spacious living room offers a comfortable area to relax after a day on the ski mountain. Five star amenities include a large flat screen HDTV with DVD over the gas fireplace. Additionally the iPod docking station allows you to feed your personal tunes to the central audio system and create your own mood setting throughout. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed wi-fi throughout. Enjoy spectacular mountain views from the comfort of your living room or step out to your private deck to check the ski conditions. The professionally equipped kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining with a full range of appliances and utensils. The open plan layout keeps the chef involved with your group as you enjoy the scents and sounds of dinner being prepared. The dining table seats 8 and provides the setting for casual meals together in this magnificent private residence. Bedroom options : (when set up for two bedrooms one bedroom is locked off) 1. Master bedroom suite with a king bed with high thread count linens and plush bedding. The master bath features a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. 2. Guest master bedroom with a king bed with private bathroom. 3. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin over full beds and private bathroom. The home is nicely set up for families, especially with children as toys, books and a Wii are all provided for your entertainment. The Belgravia Residence also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer. Nestled at the base of the ski mountain, The Highmark at Steamboat is a boutique 23 residence property with World-class amenities. The on-site private fitness center includes a heated indoor/outdoor pool, state-of-the-art exercise equipment, outdoor hot tub, women's and men's individual steam rooms, locker rooms, and showers. The Guest Lounge includes fireplace, cozy sitting areas, large high-definition TV, game tables, and a communal gas BBQ is available just outside the lounge. |
