Edgemont is literally on "the edge of it all" located on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run at the base of the mountain. Pinnacle Ridge at Edgemont is a beautiful true ski-in/ski-out property that also has exquisite views.

 One of Steamboat's most recent luxury additions, Edgemont has advantages. First and foremost, its location literally on the slopes of the Steamboat Ski Area and above the base area village, Pinnacle Ridge lives up to its name as it sits at the pinnacle of Edgemont's Ridge building with panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest. It also overlooks the slopes, you can watch the kids showing off their tricks in the Lil' Rodeo terrain park.
The interior of this three bedroom brings together warmth and a mountain feel. A vaulted ceiling with exposed beams provides a light and airy atmosphere while keeping its elegant mountain feel. Relax by the native Colorado sandstone two-way fireplace, the focal point of the living room, or curl up with a book on the other side of the fireplace in the den.
Occupants will feel like a professional chef with the 6-burner Viking Range and GE Monogram appliances. There is seating for 8 at the dining room table, and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar.
When not relaxing in your spacious residence, enjoy one of Edgemont's community amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy a conversation by the community outdoor fire pit or indoors next to the fire in the community lounge. Getting on and off the slopes is easy with the community ski locker room next to the slopes. Dry off and store your equipment and forget about lugging it around. There is also exercise equipment onsite.
