Edgemont is literally on "the edge of it all" located on Steamboat Ski Area's Stampede ski run at the base of the mountain. Highland Ridge at Edgemont is a true ski-in/ski-out property that also has exquisite views.

First and foremost, its location on the Steamboat Ski mountain above the base area village, Highland Ridge offers panoramic views from the Flattops Range to the south and all the way to Sand Mountain to the northwest. It also overlooks the trails, you can watch the kids riding by on the many mountain bike trails during the summer.
The interior of this three bedroom brings together warmth and a mountain feel. Relax and curl up with a book by the native Colorado sandstone fireplace in the living room or sit on the deck, soaking up the sun and watch the kids ski by.
Occupants will feel like a professional chef with the 6-burner Viking Range and GE Monogram appliances. There is seating for 8 at the dining room table, and an additional 4 at the kitchen bar.
Enjoy one of Edgemont's community amenities such as the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy a conversation by the community outdoor fire pit or indoors next to the fire in the community lounge. Getting on and off the slopes is easy with the community locker room next to the trails. Dry off and store your equipment and forget about lugging it around. There is also exercise equipment onsite.
Highland Ridge can also be booked in combination with Thistle Ridge(both having a private combined entrance when booked together) for 6 slopeside bedrooms "Highland Thistle" for up to 14 guests.
