 The newly constructed, multi-level five-bedroom home has warm inviting tones blending mountain and modern touches that will set your heart on fire!
The cozy living area invites you to take in the expansive valley views while relaxing before the double-sided fireplace. The professionally equipped kitchen has double Wolf ovens, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a wood with glass front bakers cabinet with extensive stemware. The open kitchen allows conversation and interaction with seating for eight at the wood dining table and an additional five can sit at the gorgeous, marble countertop. The master bedroom is private and secluded as the only bedroom on the main floor. The King bedroom has a gas fireplace, accesses the hot tub from its own deck, and the large walk-in closet connects to the master bathroom. The bathroom has every convenience with double sink, large, marble tub and separate glass shower. The spacious bunkroom has two set of bunk beds: a full over full and a full over king set. The top level is just three more steps and has an inviting sitting area with chaise lounge for reading in front of another gas fireplace or gazing out the window. A King guest master with private deck enjoys spectacular views of the Sleeping Giant and Emerald mountains. All bedrooms have internet enabled LDC TVs with cable. A half bath is located off the kitchen between the laundry room and attached two-car garage. In the lower level, the recreation room has large, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, sleeper sofa, half bath, a hand-made wood table with board games, bar, and walk out to the side yard, fire pit and covered hot tub. There are two more bedrooms each with private baths.
