Newly constructed in 2009, Aspen Falls Chalet is truly a unique mountain property designed to bring the outdoors inside. The chalet is built into a mountainside so its architecture was dictated by the landscape. Several terraced levels allow guests to experience the mountain in the comfort of the home. Large windows along with multiple decks and balconies connect with the Aspen and Conifer forest where the property sits.
Aspen Falls is ideal for two or three families, with two living rooms including the open floor plan of the “Great Room” which connects to the dining room and kitchen. Professionally equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, oversized refrigerator and gas range the kitchen is sure to be the center of activity. The dining room table seats 10 with room for 5 more at the kitchen island.
Upstairs the second living area provides additional living space along with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace and Foosball. Both master suites include gas fireplaces. The first master features a private balcony with sunset views. The upper level master has a large deck, perfect for wildlife viewing.
The luxurious beds have high thread-count sheets, Euro comforters, robes and slippers. The individual homes offer the following bed configurations:
