Room for all to relax Just minutes from the slopes and built for entertaining, Alcandora Grande Lodge is a fabulous combination of two adjoining properties: Alcandora Lodge and Chapelco Lodge, which when booked together make the ultimate 12-bedroom ski vacation lodging in Steamboat. This 11,244 square ft. property is located in a pristine mountain neighborhood and offers an unprecedented opportunity to accommodate up to 32 people.

Designed with large groups or multiple families in mind, the two Great Rooms provide ample space for living, dining, and entertaining with a view of the slopes. Wide-plank Hickory floors compliment the oversized stone fireplaces which reach up two stories to the exposed timber trusses and tongue and groove pine ceiling. A grand stairway, with custom metal railings, lead to the balcony overlooking the room below. Colorful light fixtures and unique tile work are featured throughout.

The large open kitchens are fully equipped and include the finest appliances from Viking, Thermador, and Sub Zero. Granite counters and large islands with additional seating make a rich environment to inspire the creativity of any chef.

Alcandora Lodge has a beautiful live-edge Tiger Maple slab dining table, imported from Maine, which seats 10 and Chapelco Lodge's dining table seats 10 with both homes offering extra seating at the kitchen bars.

All twelve bedrooms have internet enabled LDC TV's and ten bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two large bunk rooms sleep 4-6 and offer great views of the Steamboat Ski Area.

Alcandora Grande Lodge layout provides ample space for entertaining as a large group or providing adults and kids their own space. On the lower levels, the large recreation rooms have gas fireplace, flat screen TV and PS3 Video game system. A pool table is in one side and shuffleboard table on the other side Both homes feature a fully equipped wet bar for convenient entertaining.

There is garage parking for four vehicles though vehicles are not needed in the winter as complimentary shuttle service picks up from the driveway.
