To the south, the 780-acre Stagecoach reservoir is also a Colorado State park. just 17 miles south of Steamboat, also features a boat dock and marina that rents pontton boats, fishing boats, canoes and paddle boats.

Steamboat Springs history is a such facinating subject you can learn without feeling like you are back in school. Our community is rich in ranch history, ski history, pioneer and homestead history and even a little mining history. We also have real working ranches in our area, some of which you can see first hand on our Heritage Ranch Tours.

To get a little culture and some exercise, ask about our walking tours! The Hot Springs, Historic Building and Olympic Trail walking tours are a fun and facinating way to see town.

The Old Town Hot Springs has a few courts as does the City's Parks & Rec department - courts located at Howelsen Hill Parks Complex.
