With 6,000 square feet of space, this expansive home is a great base for your family or group gathering. The open plan living area includes an extremely airy Great Room with wood-burning fireplace and flat panel TV. It's a great place to gather with friends and family and relax after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily cater to your groups needs and the adjacent dining area includes an 8-person dining table, 4-person breakfast table, as well as breakfast bar seating for four. With seven bedrooms and five bathrooms you have ample sleeping options. The upper level includes the master bedroom with king bed, fireplace, large flat panel TV and private bathroom. The guest master also has a King bed and private bathroom. Two other queen bedrooms share a bathroom. On the mid-level is the large "dorm" room with sleeping options for four to seven guests sharing two sinks, two toilets and a shower. The great room offers a sleeper sofa. The two bedrooms on the lower level share a bathroom. The lower level includes a family room with fireplace and big screen TV and a separate game room with pool table, foos ball, and additional TV. For further relaxation, guests also have an outdoor hot tub and one side of the garage has been converted to a second recreation room with ping pong table. For off-season golf practice there is a driving net and putting set. A complimentary shuttle service is included. VHR Permit # 08-09 |
Each of the 7 bedrooms offer TVs equipped with cable TV and DVD Player. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the Great Room.

| From US40 (S. Lincoln Ave) look for directions to the ski area via Mt Werner Rd. Take Mt Werner Rd towards the large knoll (aprx 3/4 mile) where the new Steamboat Grand Hotel is visible on the back-side. Take a left onto the Mt Werner Circle and after 1/4 mile take another left onto Burgess Creek Rd. Proceed aprx 1.7 miles up Burgess Creek Rd (4WD required), past the Scandinavian Lodge and turn right onto Trails Edge Road (caution steep downhill).
