With 6,000 square feet of space this large home is great base for your family or group gathering. The open floor plan main living area includes a large Great Room with wood-burning fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily cater to your groups needs and the adjacent dining area includes an 8-person dining table, and 4-person breakfast table, as well as breakfast bar seating for four.
With seven bedrooms and five bathrooms you have numerous sleeping options. The upper level includes the master bedroom with king bed, fireplace, large flat panel TV and private bathroom; the guest master, also with a King bed, has a private bathroom; and two other queen bedrooms share a bathroom.
On the mid level is the large dorm room with sleeping options for four to seven guests sharing two bathrooms. The great room also offers a sleeper sofa.
The lower level includes a family room with fireplace and big screen TV and a separate game room with pool table and another TV. The two bedrooms(Queen + twin / king) on this level share a bathroom.
For relaxation guests also have an outdoor hot tub and the garage has been converted to a second rec room with ping pong and foosball. For off season golf practice there is a driving net and putting set.

From US40 (S. Lincoln Ave) look for directions to the ski area via MtWerner Rd. Take Mt Werner Rd towards the large knoll (aprx 3/4 mile)where the new Steamboat Grand Hotel is visible on the back-side. Take aleft onto the Mt Werner Circle and after 1/4 mile take another leftonto Burgess Creek Rd.
Proceed aprx 1.7 miles up Burgess Creek Rd (4WD required), past the Scandinavian Lodge and turn right onto Trails Edge Road (caution steep downhill). The Chateau at Trails Edge is near the end of this road on on the left at 2825.
