Many people will tell you that the ultimate ski lodging location is “ski-in/ski-out”. While we want to agree with you, we can’t!
Why? Well, because there’s something better still - Slopeside Lodging. It all comes down to definitions. Ski-in / ski-out is defined as lodging within 100 yards of a ski trail which is just not quite as “ultimate” as being beside-the-slope.
Don’t take our word for it - ask someone who has had to haul their skis, plus kids, plus kids skis 100 yards uphill at the end of every ski day. Slopeside will win every time.
