Strings Pavillion - a World-Class venue
At the end of June Steamboat pauses for breath as Strings in The Mountains begins it’s 20th summer music festival in the newly constructed 540 seat Strings Pavillion, the centerpiece of the Strings Festival Park at the base of Mt Werner.
Every year a dazzling array of talent comes to perform for visitors and local music lovers, and this year is no exception. The weekly classic music series is augmented by the hugely popular Different Tempo performances that will include The Neville Brothers, Four Bitchin’ Babes, Brent Rowan, Ruthie Foster and George Winston.
Weekly youth and family shows in the morning and afternoon provide something for everyone so that your family or group visit to Steamboat will be complete in every way. The Rocky Mountains may enrich your senses, but Strings will enrich your soul.
