Catered Ski Chalets - New Economy Options in Steamboat

Delicious healthy meals prepared fresh while you ski Steamboat with your family

Addressing the need for alternative options to fit a tighter budget that many are now requiring, we have created an option to our full-service catered package and present: The Catered Chalet Economy Package.  This is the catered package deal that you cannot resist!

Meals prepared and served fresh by our staff during your stay offer you a seamless, hassle-free experience for your group.  Economy options are in the range of $42 - $80 per person /per day during regular season (Feb / Mar) at any of our vacation rental homes.   The time savings alone offer incredible value at this price.

Economy Menu:
When you return from a fun-filled day on the Steamboat ski mountain, the last thing you want to contend with is shopping, cooking, and drawing straws for who has to clean up!  Time and again our guests have told us that the meals are at the core of what makes the catered chalet package so appealing.  To keep costs down, we are offering a brand new economy menu that will feature family-style favorites, such as:  lasagna, casseroles and stews, ribs and burgers and the option to upgrade to gourmet selections.

Economy packages include daily full breakfast, afternoon tea, kid’s dinner, and a three-course adult menu, plus snacks and soft drinks.  As most like to venture out during their stay, there are two nights without dinner in a 5 - 7 night stay.

Airport Shuttle:
Instead of using the private vehicle service that is provided with the full-service catered packages, you can save money by having us arrange airport taxi shuttle from Steamboat/Hayden or Denver.   It is a little less convenient but achieves the goal of saving money.  If you prefer to have your own transportation, we are happy to arrange a rental car based on your specifications.

Ski and Local Area Shuttle:
Most of our homes provide a regular scheduled shuttle service twice per hour. The private, on-call shuttle service featured in the Full-service Catered Package is not included with the Economy Option.

Cell Phones:
The majority of guests have cell phones for almost everyone in the group; therefore, cell phones are not included in the economy package.  If you require cell phones, you can add this option for a nominal fee.

Our chalet staff will have everything ready for you...

Chalet Staff:
It’s the same great experienced chalet staff that will be preparing and serving your meals but we don’t need as many staff when we are not driving you to and from the ski trails.  Your hosts will do light, daily housekeeping and are available to assist in planning any activities for your group.
