The Black Diamond Chalet is a duplex home offering two almost identical units in an ideal location under the Steamboat Gondola. Guests can enjoy ski-in/ski-out* access to the slopes and excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and North Valley.

Each 6 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 16 guests. Larger groups with up to 32 guests can book both sides for the ultimate grand mountain lodge experience.
Each chalet offers two living areas. The large open plan kitchen, dining and great room on the main level is an ideal area for large family groups. On the lower level there is a rec. room with pool table and wet bar.
*Ski-in/ski-out access is possible to this property. To ski-out you ascend via steps at the side of the chalet and hike out to the Lower Valley View trail. This is a black (advanced) run that is groomed regularly. Ski-in access is via the same trail and is only suitable for experienced skiers.
A ski shuttle service is provided with this property so that less experienced skiers will have easy access to the ski trails.
All bedrooms have TV, complimentary toiletries. All bedrooms have private ensuite full bathrooms.

From US40 (S. Lincoln Ave) take Mt
Werner Rd towards the Mountain village. Follow the Mt Werner Rd all the
way to the top and bear right onto Apres Ski Way. Continue up approx
1/4 mile and take a left onto Ski Trail Lane (4WD Required).
Follow this windy road up
until you reach the upper level and no longer climbing steeply. The Black Diamond Chalets are at 2510 (A) and 2512 (B) Ski Trail Lane .
