 Our Full-Service Catered Package is modeled after European ski resorts where nearly half of ski vacations are experienced this way. Our guests tell us that the only problem with trying this package is that they will never be able to have a ski vacation any other way!What's Included:
Gratuity Guidelines:"Moving Mountains" is meant to convey the high quality of service that we aim to provide to you as part of your vacation package. We encourage our staff to go the extra mile - to move a mountain - for you. While we have considered including such gratuities in the overall package price, we always come back to the belief that recognizing excellent service is a personal matter.
If you feel your chalet team has provided an exceptional vacation experience, gratuities are welcomed at the end of your stay. The amount is at your discretion but a sum of $100 per chalet staff member per day can be considered a general tipping standard. The total gratuity will be divided among the chalet team based on their actual days of service. Please contact our office to charge gratuities to your credit card or if you have any questions.

When your chef has the night off, we encourage our guests to have night out on the town. Suggestions range from a sleigh-ride dinner to our pick of the best restaurants in Steamboat Springs. Our staff will make reservations for you. We can even arrange baby-sitting and a special meal for the kids.
