Airport & Ski Shuttle

The catered chalet, full-service package includes private shuttle service using our 4WD Suburbans eliminating the need for rental vehicles or taxi service.  This includes:   

• Airport shuttle from and to Steamboat Springs/Hayden Airport
• Daily on-call ski shuttles from the chalet to the ski trails and back
• Shuttle trips in to town for shopping or dining
• Shuttle to your activities like dog sledding, snow mobiling, tubing or the hot springs

A relaxing start to your vacation...

We will coordinate the details for your arrival including flight details and child car seat requirements. Our staff will be there to greet you and assist with luggage before your short journey to your chalet.  This service saves you time and allows you to relax without the challenge of navigating unfamiliar, snowy roads.

Our 4WD Chevrolet Suburbans are fully equipped for mountain driving with studded snow tires, safety equipment and most have Onstar satellite tracking. Our staff are trained at the Bridgestone Winter Driving School to drive with confidence in all winter conditions.

"Ski-in / Ski-out" Convenience

Our staff will deliver you to and collect you from the ski trails offering convenient ski access no matter where your chalet is located. Instead of paying a premium rate for trail-side locations, you are provided a wider choice of homes, many of which are newer and of a superior standard. You will  not have to hassle with hiking in skigear from slope-side accommodations which can be over 100 yards from the ski trails.  This service is coordinated using cell-phones which are provided with the full-service package - just call the staff when you are taking your last run and they will be there to meet you, load your skis, and whisk you back to your cozy chalet.
