This newly remodeled home is ideally located on the prestigious Ski Trail Lane just minutes from the resort base area. There is a heated walkway to an advanced ski run in winter and to the mountain hiking trails in summer.
The home comfortably accommodates 14 people in 6 bedrooms across three levels. The ground level garage and mud room offer ample seating to get ready for the slopes, ski and snowboard racks, and even a large Alpine boot and glove drying system. You’ll walk in from the garage to a large family room set up for fun with a fireplace, big screen TV, pool table, and arcade game. The kids will make this floor home with a bunk room that sleeps eight. The bunk room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed, and a second separate bathroom with walk-in shower.
Head up the stairs and you will come to a large laundry room before reaching the main level. The main level opens up to a spacious living, kitchen and dining area, all flooded with light from the surrounding windows. The inviting living area with fireplace leads to a stunning and fully equipped gourmet kitchen – Wolf oven, Sub-zero refrigerator, two dishwashers, and an oversized island for prep and serving. There is even seating for 8 people on barstools.
On the other side of the kitchen is the dining room with a table that seats 10. French doors lead to the wrap-around deck from either side of the dining room. Off the kitchen is a closed-door office with extra insulated walls for privacy, two desks and a lounge chair for casual reading.
This main floor just keeps going with three king bedrooms, all ensuite and each opening out to the deck.
The upper level of the home is dedicated to the primary suite with an architecturally unique log bed. The rustic nature of the logs blend beautifully with the other more contemporary, sleek furnishings and big stone fireplace. This private escape is topped off with a spacious ensuite bathroom with a separate tub, walk-in dual-head shower and two separate vanities for the ultimate spa-like experience.
Apex Lodge North has a garage with parking for 2 cars total, and a Tesla home charging station. An attached home, Apex Lodge South, shares the same driveway and shared garage wall. While the homes feel private and separate, you can rent both Apex Lodge North and Apex Lodge South to accommodate up to 30 people between the two homes.
Four-wheel drive is required in winter months. However, this home does feature a heated driveway.
SKI ACCESS
Apex Lodge North enjoys private and heated walk-to-ski access for advanced skiers and is dependent on snow conditions. Lower Valley View is a 5–7-minute walk. From the top of the trail, skiing/riding down the slopes is an intermediate level run down to the base. The return to Apex Lodge North is via Lower Valley View, a BLACK Diamond run, only recommended for advanced skiers. This private ski access is out of the ski area boundary and guests ski in/out at their own risk.
Please note that Lower Valley View is a south-facing, lower-mountain ski trail. Opening and closing dates are seasonal and snow dependent.
SHUTTLE
This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
